Our office is devided into three diffetrent chambers with various facilities:-

Account Office.

Staff Room.

Uniform and Books Hall.

 

Account office -

Our Account office having one accountent and one cashier. All the Registration and Admission formalities are performed through thi office. Any type of information about students and staff can obtain by this office. This office issue notices for the members of institute to carry on timely. Office contains five Almirahs for keeping various records about students and staff.

 

Staff Room -

Staff room is mainly for staff members. Except staff members no one is allowed to enter. There is well furnished furniture and number less chairs and mats for members so that they can spend their leisure time.

 

Uniform And Books Hall -

Mrs. Seema Upadhyay is the incharge of this hall who provides uniform, books and all types of stationery to children during school hours.

Keeping this in mind, the Department of Office was established in Universal Public School.

The Department of Office at Universal Public School, Ghoshgarh, Gurgaon is headed by Ms. Megha Sharma and comprises of a dedicated team of faculty members.
